At IFA 2025 in Berlin, Dreame introduced the world’s first consumer robot vacuum capable of climbing stairs on its own. The new model, called CyberX, can handle steps up to 25 cm high — a barrier that had previously been out of reach for devices of this kind.

CyberX can work across five floors without recharging thanks to its high-capacity 6400 mAh battery. For safe climbing, it is equipped with tread wheels, a triple braking system, and a 3D visual scanner that assesses the complexity of the staircase before movement begins. This helps prevent mistakes and keeps movement on the steps smooth and controlled.

Now the robot vacuum can carry socks upstairs carefully, too — and make it to the second floor.
