An American startup, Pulse Charter Connect, has built a digital platform that automates and coordinates the delivery of donor organs. The solution enables real-time matching of medical institutions and transport services, ensuring transparency and accurate tracking at each step.

Every year in the United States, more than 28,000 organs go unused due to outdated logistics. At the same time, more than 100,000 people are waiting for transplants, and 16 patients die each day without receiving the organ they need. Pulse Charter Connect is the first centralized digital system that could help change this situation.

The project gained additional momentum after a reform approved by the U.S. Congress in 2024. The startup has already raised $3.3 million in investment. Its founder, Laura Epstein, combined aviation experience with logistics expertise to offer a solution that could save thousands of lives and inspire other women entrepreneurs.
