The startup Viven has unveiled a solution for corporate teams: AI doppelgängers of employees trained on their documents, correspondence and work files.
The project aims to eliminate delays in collaboration caused by colleagues being unavailable, whether they are on vacation, on a business trip or in another time zone. A personal AI can answer team questions, provide access to knowledge and comment on documents. The technology is based on an individual language model (LLM) for each user.
Particular attention has been paid to privacy: the pairwise context system provides access control and transparency in data use. Settings determine who can share what information and in what context. Personal and work data are clearly separated, access is strictly limited, and each user can see what requests were made to their digital twin. This is not just a smart assistant, but a transparent and ethical team-working tool.
Who would refuse a digital twin that keeps working even when you are on the beach?
